For me it’s fast food, I could eat 5k calories in a single day without really trying if I just ate everything I wanted from all the fast food places around me if no one stopped me, soda was also a decent problem but since I’ve switched to diets (I’ve found only diet sprite is acceptable) it’s been perfect.
Can you give me an example of your high intensity workout? Something that the average person could visualize.
My “treat” ended up with me eating 2 days worth of food in 1 day, twice within 3 days, no treats for Brian anymore.
