I never saw pics of the mouth fungus. From what I have read the Tetra product your are using it's an old formula, stains plastics and has mixed reviews.
The guy who runs aquarium coop claims that he uses a combination of meds for all new fish he receives. You can look at this here:
As he states, combining meds can be risky but he claims that has has found this combination through a long trial and error process.
If you do something like this the tank water should be clear of the other meds utilizing time and partial water changes.
No carbon should be used during any of this process. Water should be tested regularly as the BB may be compromised already and with all these meds. You need to make sure ammonia is kept low or zero. If high ammonia use Prime. In fact I recommend using Prime period to treat the tap water.
HITH/ HLLE and the pitting you think you see are caused by bacteria but the route cause is that the fish is stressed.
Since the fish has not eaten for quite some time it may be too late but I guess you could give it a try (especially if the Tera med is not working).
Just be aware that this is a shotgun approach.
And this is all based on just the one fish in the tank.

A note on testing (maybe you already know) - Shy away from test strips. Use liquid tests for Nitrite, Nitrate, NH3. Check out API.

Maybe I missed it but is did the OP mention anything about what their water change schedule is?

Also, the temp is probably a bit low. These bass really should be kept at 80 or above.

I’ll reiterate that feeders are bad, even if you bred them. Low in nutrients and high in Thiamine or whatever it’s called. Lol

Filtration sounds good but the tank size is a bit small for a bass that size. How long has it been since you cleaned out the filters?

The fish doesn’t appear to be dangerously skinny yet, so with extra water changes and possibly some med treatments, it looks like it’s possible that it could pull through just fine.

I think the OP has gotten all this info in the thread. I advised him on the temp. Don't even know if he has a heater as he mentioned the weather in Hawaii.
The poor fish is very thin. Not sure it will pull through. I think he has gotten the message on the feeders! LOL

he acts like he wants to eat and he will hit the live gold fish but he doesnt swallow it he has been doing this for about a month he just holds them in his mouth he occasionally swallows one but its like he is having trouble swallowing them. he is also 13 inches long and the gold fish he eats are between half inch to inch, i have been thinking he has a mouth fungus or something so i started treating him with fungus guard 2 days ago... if anyone can help pls im not tryna lose this guy he has some of the nicest markings i have ever seen.
