HELP BICHIR DYING DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Sorry, I only come here when there is a problem I cannot figure out in a panic I posted bichir in marine/saltwater the tank was freshwater and the bichir lived, it was bloat the salt helped but later in the year he jumped out the back of what I though was a secure lid after a year of them living there, so I moved them to a 75 gallon with a secure lid, the inhabitants of the ten gallon at the time were 2 delhezi bichir 5 inches, 3 senegal bichir 5 inches, and endlicheri bichir 6 inches I could post pictures if you want
No I don't want to see that, 6 fish way to big to be in a 10g thanks.

The best piece of advice I have for you, is understand what you are doing before you do it. Let me put this in context, you and 4 buddies living eating and crapping in the same coat closet.

I have upper jaws in a 75, they are moving into a 125 once some grow outs get out of food range.

And i am already looking at a 400 gallon to expand.

Providing a good home for these fish is our responsibility. The emergency you stated you had is called negligence.

There are dozens of fish i would like to keep but, I won't force a fish into subpar conditions because I want him.

If i want it badly enough I will have them a proper home.
