Also guys, do you think the red on the fin could be red streaks and which would be better for such to heal pima fix or mela fix?
Trapped air should pass eventually. Epsom salt will help it do it.
The stress of swimming and staying down will bother it more than adding Epsom salts. So go ahead and add it.
Just don't feed for a couple of days. Gotta see how it plays out.

also i am going to petco so should I get API fin and body cure....... also how can you differentiate regular sodium carbonate from epsom salt. And finally pima fix or mela fix (Might have asked this already don't know..) also thanks for everyone who helped mostly Kno4te i really appreciate it!!!
I would consider a strong broad spectrum abx with gram negative coverage. That's basically doxy. Can use triple sulfa, furan2, and kanamycin. Just to mention a few.
I assume the red streaks are blood due to the attack from the flowerhorn. If that's the case then reduce stress, clean water and salt should help. Meaning not infectious.
Melafix and Pimafix really don't use as it doesn't do much. Some stress coat will help more IMO.
