These guys are super bold. I hold a frozen bloodworm cube in the tank and they eat out of my fingers. I used a free finger to push the bully away from the food and he just goes around and gets to the food. Zero fear of me. This could end up being a very fun fish to keep but a bit of concern about how it will do in the 300 community.

If I had the funds I would. Just maybe would be a great mate for Toni.....But sadly no monies avail so I vote for dan518 dan518 to pick up this one.
Stop it, naughty.

Lol that Pearsi is a whale, great job:-)

So the aggression from the biggest oscar got to the point where I put it in time out for the night and will evaluate how long it needs to be there for the other two to heal up. Oscar #2 has such bad shredded fins that its tail looks like a comb and my favorite #3 show some tears now too. Hopefully a couple days and water changes and they will heal up. I was not very fond of the pattern and coloration on #1and judging by its behavior would make a really good solo wet pet. But this makes me think it will have issues in the community when larger. Anyway the two smaller ones have a chance to heal up and hopefully they dont go at each other and make it any worse.

David I'm starting to think I was wrong about them all working out in the comm lol. 2 out of three isn't bad though. Hopefully the tough guy simmers down but you know how that goes
