If it's HITH you can try something like API General Cure. Or seachem metroplex. Based off what I know your temps are a little low and I also suggest you look at using VitaChem.
Water needs to be clean for these fish. Even the small tank can help stress the fish. Stress is very much the cause for HITH. Post some HD pics if you can.
No more feeders after/if the fish gets better.

im gonna remove my substrate too should i leave it bare bottom or put some tiles in, and whats the best possible cure for hith idc about price i want my fish to live

I think the most important thing right now is that mouth fungus.

I don't care for bare tanks. I think it may just increase the stress. If you Know it is HITH a lot of people say to use metroplex.
If it was me I would be using VitaChem when changing the water, and at some time try to get in food.
Right now we are trying not to add stress to the fish. Vacuum the gravel, change the water, treat the disease (follow the instructions).
After healed gotta solve the route problem. No more "just feeder". Keep the water clean. Let the fish develop.

Yes. One thing at a time. You started meds for the fungus so see if it abates. Keep an eye on what you believe to be HITH.

The pics look like a normal L Line from what I can see. I am not jumping on the HITH bandwagon yet.
Another thing, if you keep this fish alive look at getting some garlic into the diet. Pellet or additive. Helps digestive trac and preventing pathogens.
Read duanes post. These guys have been raising fish for years. As well as Krich.

I never saw pics of the mouth fungus. From what I have read the Tetra product your are using it's an old formula, stains plastics and has mixed reviews.
The guy who runs aquarium coop claims that he uses a combination of meds for all new fish he receives. You can look at this here:
As he states, combining meds can be risky but he claims that has has found this combination through a long trial and error process.
If you do something like this the tank water should be clear of the other meds utilizing time and partial water changes.
No carbon should be used during any of this process. Water should be tested regularly as the BB may be compromised already and with all these meds. You need to make sure ammonia is kept low or zero. If high ammonia use Prime. In fact I recommend using Prime period to treat the tap water.
HITH/ HLLE and the pitting you think you see are caused by bacteria but the route cause is that the fish is stressed.
Since the fish has not eaten for quite some time it may be too late but I guess you could give it a try (especially if the Tera med is not working).
Just be aware that this is a shotgun approach.
